"Quick security and felt safe the whole time"
Security was smooth. The line kept moving fast, like people weren’t just standing around forever, bags were checked quickly, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Once I got inside, I felt safe too — there were enough security people around, the entrance was organized, and it didn’t feel chaotic or sketchy at all.

"i used this app all day at…"
i used this app all day at universal hollywood and it made things so much easier. the wait times loaded quickly, the map came in handy a ton, and our tickets scanned without any issues. it definitely made planning rides feel way less stressful.

"Wait times were actually accurate !"
We went on a weekday , and honestly , the wait times on the website were spot on . We planned our day around them and didn’t end up wasting much time just standing around . A couple rides were even shorter than posted , which was a nice surprise . It made the whole day feel way more relaxed and less stressful . Definitely 5 stars from me .

"Loved Seeing the Sets Up Close"

"I’m giving it 4 stars because…"
I’m giving it 4 stars because parking was easy, and the lot was close enough to the entrance. The signs were clear too, so that part was fine. But leaving was a hassle. It took a while to get out, mostly because of the crowd, and it just felt slow, slow, slow. I expected it to be worse overall for a busy day, so I’ll give them credit, but yeah, getting out was definitely the annoying part.

"Express Pass Was So Worth It"
Honestly... the express pass was totally worth it. It did cost a little extra, but we skipped so many lines that it basically saved our entire day. Without it, I think we would've spent most of the time just waiting around.

Security was, like, quick, and the entry line was moving along faster than I expected. I mean, there was a line, sure, but it didn’t really feel like we were stuck waiting forever or anything.

"Bathrooms Were Surprisingly Not a Whole Production"
There were actually plenty of restrooms around the park, which was a nice change from places that apparently expect families to just magically deal with it. We never had to walk too far or wait forever, which made things way easier with the kids. kind of impressive that something so basic was handled this well

"The signs really helped"

"Surprisingly Chill for a Weekday Visit"
I went on a weekday and, the crowd situation was way better than I expected. A few lines definitely started getting long later in the afternoon, but most of the rides kept moving at a decent pace. We checked the app for wait times throughout the day, and that made things so much easier. I was expecting it to feel packed and kind of stressful, but it really didn’t. Overall, it ended up being a really good day.

Tickets aren’t exactly cheap, but we spent the whole day there and had a really good time, so I didn’t feel ripped off. The food prices were ridiculous though, and it kind of feels like they know you’re not going to leave once you’re inside, so they can charge whatever they want. Still, for a full day of fun, I’d say it was worth it overall.

After I booked, my tickets weren’t showing up correctly, and I was a little stressed about it. I reached out to customer service thinking it might take forever, but they got back to me much faster than I expected.
The person helping me was friendly, clear, and made the whole thing feel easy. They fixed the issue without any hassle, and I felt so relieved afterward. Super happy with the way everything was handled.

"Pretty Clean Even When It Was Super Busy"
The park was clean, even with really big crowds around. The bathrooms could definitely use more frequent check-ins, but overall the place felt well kept and not messy at all.

"Decent Veggie and Gluten-Free Options"
I visited Universal Studios Hollywood and was glad to see they had some veggie and gluten-free options. Were there a ton of choices? Not really, but there was enough to get by without feeling stuck. The staff was helpful too when I asked about ingredients, which I really appreciated. The only downside? The prices were high, but what do you expect at a theme park, right? Overall, I’d give it 4 stars...

"It honestly felt alive"
I don’t know, it just pulled me in right away. Every place I went felt like it had its own little history. The streets, the landscapes, the random details in the background. All of it felt real, like people had actually been living there before I showed up. Hard to explain, but the worlds didn’t feel empty or fake at all.

"Pretty smooth visit overall"
We stopped by and didn’t really have any issues. It was busier than I expected, and I figured we might be standing around for a while, but things felt organized. After getting settled in and seeing how everything was running, I realized the lines were actually moving along well, and we didn’t run into any breakdowns while we were there.
